Hello PicCollage Community!
If you're using an Android device and can't find your collages in My Collages, we understand how concerning that can be. Here's what you should know, and how we can help.
Before you continue, please check the following:
- Did you recently delete and reinstall the PicCollage app?
- Did you recently switch to a new device?
Then please head to the upper left corner of the Home screen, tap FAQ & Contact Us, then tap the pen icon in the upper right to reach our team.
If you answered yes to either question, please let us know in your message, and we'll take it from there.
If you answered no to both, please include the following details in your message so we can look into this further:
- Has your PicCollage app been updated recently (automatically or manually)?
- Did the collages disappear after an app crash, or did anything unusual happen in the app beforehand?
- Please send us a screenshot of your My Collages page.
- Please check your PicCollage app's storage size by going to Settings → Apps → PicCollage → Storage on your device, and let us know the size shown.
We'll take a closer look and get back to you as soon as we can.
In the meantime, we'd also recommend backing up your collages to PicCollage Cloud. This way, your collages will always be safe and accessible. You can learn more about the feature here: Back Up: Access Cloud Storage.
If you're a VIP member and already familiar with Cloud Backup, you can even turn on Auto-Backup: 📦 Never Lose a Collage Again – Explore Our Auto-Backup Feature for VIP!
We hope this helps and we appreciate your patience and understanding!
