Hello PicCollage community!
If you're using an iPhone or iPad and suddenly can't find your collages in My Collages, don't worry — please follow the steps in this article, and we'll help you restore them.
Before you begin, please check the following:
- Did you recently delete and re-download the PicCollage app?
- Did you recently switch to a new device?
If you answered yes to either question, please reach out to our team so we can assist you directly: How to Contact the PicCollage Team.
If you answered no to both, please follow the steps below.
- Make sure you have the newest PicCollage version installed
- Close the PicCollage app completely in the background on your device
- On the same device where PicCollage is installed, tap this link directly or copy and paste it into your browser: piccollage://collage_recovery — either way, it'll take you straight to PicCollage's Restore page
- Tap Try to Restore to bring your collages back into My Collages
Alternatively, you can also scan the QR code below — please make sure you're scanning it with the device where PicCollage is installed.
💡 To safeguard your collages and prevent future loss, we highly recommend backing them up to the PicCollage Cloud. You can learn more about backing up your collages here: Back Up: Access Cloud Storage
If you're a VIP member and already familiar with Cloud Backup, you can even turn on Auto-Backup: 📦 Never Lose a Collage Again – Explore Our Auto-Backup Feature for VIP!
If you've tried the steps above and still can't restore your collages, please go to the upper left corner of the Home screen, tap FAQ & Contact Us, then tap the pen icon in the upper right to send us two screenshots so we can look into this further:
- Go to Settings → General → iPhone Storage and screenshot the storage bar at the top
- Scroll down, tap PicCollage, and screenshot the App Size and Documents & Data breakdown
We'll take it from there — thank you for your patience and understanding!
